Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Cleenzo purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging
• All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used cleaning products (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at returns@cleenzo.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid returns label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest carrier point
5. Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
